On the shores of Lake Superior

Sometimes the strongest step forward begins by slowing down long enough to find your pace.

I believe life’s most meaningful growth often begins during moments of change and discovery. But those same moments can also pull us away from ourselves and the balance we need to truly thrive.

That’s what happened to me.

I love a challenge. I’m a natural helper. My body craves movement, and my personality has always believed I could do it all. For years, I balanced a demanding 60-hour work week, marathon training, and a full social life. On the outside, it looked like I was managing it all. In reality, my body was tired, and the balance I encouraged in others wasn’t something I was practicing myself.

It took honest conversations with loved ones (and a few life changes I didn’t choose) for me to pause and ask an important question: What pace actually works for me? Not the pace set by work, expectations, or everyone around me but my pace.

As an endurance athlete who has completed 20 marathons, an ultramarathon, and the trek to Everest Base Camp, I’ve learned that lasting strength doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from long-term thinking, steady pace, resilience, and a willingness to listen to what your mind and body are telling you.

That philosophy is what led me to create Milestone Health & Wellness Coaching.

I believe the answers we’re searching for are within us - we simply need the space and support to hear them clearly.

Wellness isn’t about rigid plans or quick fixes. It’s about finding your pace and creating a life that feels balanced, energized, and true to you.

If you’re ready to slow down, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward at a pace that truly works for you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Here’s to finding your pace!
